We follow the Consumer Act of the Philippines and DTI rules.
Return/Exchange Window
- Online orders: Request within 7 days of receipt. Items must reach us within 14 days of approval.
- Store purchases: Exchange within 8–15 days (depending on store channel) for size/color; see receipt/store for exact policy.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- Include official sales invoice (or e-receipt) and order number.
- Non-returnable for hygiene/safety: socks, innerwear, swimwear, mouthguards, water bottles, and customized or final-sale items, unless defective.
Change of Mind
- Exchanges (size/color) are allowed when stock permits. Refunds for change of mind are generally not allowed under DTI guidelines unless otherwise stated in a specific promo/policy.
Defective/Incorrect Items
- If you received a factory-defective, wrong item, or damaged on arrival product, file a request within 7 days with photos/video (including unboxing if possible). We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. We shoulder shipping costs for our error.
Return Shipping
- For approved returns due to change-of mind/exchange, customer shoulders return shipping to our returns hub and any reship fee.
- For defective/incorrect items, Kidsports shoulders return and reship shipping.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times vary by bank/wallet (typically 7–15 working days after receipt & inspection). For COD, refunds are via bank transfer or e-wallet.
- In some cases we may issue a store credit / refund voucher with defined validity.
How to Request
- Email support@kidsports.com.ph (or use our Return Center) with: order number, name, mobile, item(s), reason, photos.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Pack items securely; include the invoice and all inclusions.
- Ship back via instructed courier or wait for pickup (if arranged).
- We’ll inspect and update you on exchange/refund.

Terms and Guidelines
- Validity — Promo dates and times are Philippine Standard Time (PHT).
- Eligibility — Unless stated, promos apply to online orders shipped within the Philippines. One promo code per order; not stackable with other codes, bundle deals, or markdowns (unless stated).
- Exclusions — Select brands/launches, limited releases, services, gift cards, and final-sale items may be excluded.
- Minimum Spend / Coverage — Some promos require a minimum spend, specific payment type (e.g., bank cards, BNPL), or ship-to areas.
- Returns on Promo Buys — For bundles (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1), partial returns are not allowed; all items must be returned together and meet eligibility. Refund value reflects the discounted price allocation.
- Abuse & Errors — We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, reseller activity, coupon abuse, pricing/stock errors, or breach of terms.
- Changes — We reserve the right to modify or end promos without prior notice where permitted by law.
