How to Order

Step by step procedure on how to make an order

  1. Browse & Add to Cart
    • Use the menu or search bar to find products.
    • Select size/variant and tap Add to Cart.
  2. Review Your Cart
    • Check sizes, quantity, and estimated delivery fee/ETA.
    • Apply any valid promo code or gift voucher at cart.
  3. Checkout
    • Enter delivery address and contact details (mobile + email).
    • Choose delivery option (Standard / Express, if available) and payment method.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD): keep exact amount ready; limits and coverage may apply.
    • For Card/E-wallet/Installment: you may be redirected to a secure payment page to complete authentication (e.g., OTP).
  4. Order Confirmation
    • You’ll receive an Order Confirmation via email/SMS with an order number.
    • Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fridays, except holidays). Items are subject to stock check; unserviceable items will be refunded.
  5. Shipping & Tracking
    • We’ll send a shipping notification with a tracking link once dispatched.
    • Delivery attempts: up to 2 attempts where applicable. Undeliverable parcels may be cancelled and refunded (minus shipping fee) or rebooked upon request.
  6. Receiving Your Order
    • Inspect the parcel upon delivery.
    • If packaging is tampered/damaged, you may refuse delivery and report to us within 24 hours.

We offer safe and convenient payment options in Philippine Peso (PHP):

  • Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express (subject to 3-D Secure/OTP).
  •  E-wallets — GCash, Maya; other wallets may appear at checkout.
  • Online Banking / Over-the-Counter — via our payment partners; follow on-screen instructions and submit within the stated time window.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available to selected areas and order values. COD limit and coverage will be shown at checkout. Please prepare exact amount; couriers may not carry change.

  • Payment Security
    Card and wallet payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.
  • We do not store full card details on our servers.
  • Suspicious or high-risk orders may be cancelled and refunded for your protection.
Delivery

Coverage & Options

  • We ship nationwide via partner couriers. Express/Same-Day options may be available for select Metro Manila areas (cut-off times apply).
  • Standard Delivery ETAs (business days after dispatch):
    – Metro Manila: 1–3 days
    – Luzon (non-MM): 2–5 days
    – Visayas/Mindanao: 3–7 days(ETAs are indicative and may vary due to weather, peak season, or access restrictions.)

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • From time to time, we offer Free Shipping based on location/threshold, subject to promo terms.

Delivery Attempts & Receiving

  • Up to 2 delivery attempts may be made. If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled and refunded net of shipping; reshipment can be arranged upon request.
  • For COD, the courier will collect payment upon delivery. If no one is available to receive/pay, the order may be returned to sender.

Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk pass upon delivery to the address on record. Please verify the parcel condition upon receipt.

Undeliverable Addresses

  • Incomplete/incorrect addresses may cause delays or cancellation. Kindly ensure accurate pin location and landmark notes.

Force Majeure

  • Delays or cancellations may occur due to events beyond our control (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes, strikes, system outages). We’ll do our best to keep you informed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from the Kidsports Philippines website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site. We reserve the right to update these T&C at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Definitions

  • “Kidsports” refers to Kidsports Philippines, operator of this e-commerce platform.
  • “Customer/You” means any individual who browses, creates an account, or places an order.
  • “Products” means items listed for sale, including footwear, apparel, equipment, and accessories.
  • “Order” means a confirmed request to purchase Products.

3. Eligibility & Account Use

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You agree to provide accurate details (name, contact, delivery address).
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Kidsports is not liable for unauthorized use unless due to our fault.

4. Product Information & Availability

  • We strive to ensure accuracy in descriptions, prices, stock status, and images. However, errors may occur. Kidsports reserves the right to correct errors and cancel orders prior to shipping.
  • All products are subject to availability. If unavailable after order placement, we may cancel the item and issue a refund.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices or promotions without prior notice.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    – Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AmEx)
    – E-wallets (GCash, Maya, others as available)
    – Online banking / OTC channels via partners
    – Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to coverage and order value limits
  • All card and wallet transactions are processed via PCI-DSS-compliant gateways. We do not store full card details.
  • Orders flagged as high-risk may be cancelled and refunded.

6. Order Process & Acceptance

  • Orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase and are subject to confirmation.
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation via email/SMS.
  • Kidsports reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, or policy violations.
  • Title and risk transfer upon successful delivery to the address on record.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide via partner couriers. Estimated timelines (business days after dispatch):
    – Metro Manila: 1–3 days
    – Luzon (non-MM): 2–5 days
    – Visayas/Mindanao: 3–7 days
  • Delivery fees vary by weight/destination and are displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping promos may apply based on minimum spend/coverage.
  • Couriers will attempt up to 2 deliveries; failure may result in cancellation and return.
  • Force Majeure: Kidsports is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, courier issues).

8. Returns & Exchanges

We comply with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

  • Return Window: Request within 7 days of receipt; return item must arrive within 14 days after approval.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags and receipt.
  • Non-returnable items: Socks, innerwear, swimwear, water bottles, mouthguards, and customized/final-sale items (unless defective).
  • Change of Mind: Exchanges allowed for size/color subject to availability. Refunds not allowed for change of mind.
  • Defective/Wrong Item: Eligible for repair, replacement, or refund. Kidsports shoulders return shipping for errors on our part.
  • Refund Method: To original payment method where possible; for COD, via bank transfer/e-wallet. Processing typically 7–15 working days.
  • Instructions: Contact support@kidsports.com.ph with order number, photos, and reason. Follow return authorization process.

9. Promotions

  • Promotions are valid for stated dates and Philippine Standard Time.
  • Promo codes are not stackable unless stated.
  • Select products (e.g., limited releases, bundles, markdowns, gift cards) may be excluded.
  • For bundles (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1), items must be returned together. Refund values reflect discounted allocation.
  • We may cancel orders suspected of coupon abuse, bulk reseller activity, or fraud.
  • Kidsports reserves the right to modify or end promotions anytime without prior notice where allowed by law.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (logos, images, text, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Kidsports.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without written consent.
  • Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and possible legal action.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

  • The Site and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kidsports disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Our liability is limited to the total purchase price of your order.
  • This clause does not exclude liability for gross negligence, fraud, or where prohibited by Philippine law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
  • By using this Site, you consent to data processing by Kidsports and its partners (payment gateways, couriers, analytics providers).

13. Termination

  • Kidsports may suspend or terminate access for violation of these T&C, fraudulent activity, or unlawful use.
  • Customers remain liable for obligations incurred prior to termination.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  • Any disputes shall be brought before the proper courts of Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, to the exclusion of other venues.
